Refund policy

We want your Auralith products to arrive in good condition. Because our products are personal-care cosmetics, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

DAMAGED, LEAKING, INCORRECT OR SPOILED PRODUCTS

If a product arrives broken, leaking, incorrect, or appears spoiled, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@obsidianbio.ca.

Please include:

• Your name and order number
• The affected product
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, if available

Once the issue is confirmed, you may choose either:

• A replacement of the affected product, subject to availability; or
• A refund for the affected product to your original payment method

Please do not send a product back unless we provide return instructions. We may not require damaged or spoiled cosmetic products to be returned.

MISSING ORDERS OR ITEMS

If an item is missing from your order, contact us promptly at info@obsidianbio.ca with your order number and a description of what is missing.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location and contact the carrier first. We will assist where reasonably possible, but replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and the carrier’s investigation.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel and refund an order that has not yet been prepared or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Interac e-Transfer orders, we will arrange the refund with you by email. Processing time may depend on your financial institution.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law. Where applicable law requires a return, cancellation, replacement or refund, that law will apply.
